3年大面积生产实践表明:要实现“双低”油菜高产高效,关键是提高群体质量,在主攻有效总角数的基础上,稳定提高粒数和粒重。在栽培策略上,要围绕实现“秋发、冬壮、春稳、活熟”的目标,按照“双低”油菜的生育特点,建立以选用“双低”良种为基础,集中连片种植为前提,“两早两优”为核心,“三防”抗逆为保障的配套栽培技术体系,从而确保秋发冬壮、高产高效目标的实现。
