自第一台三菱 UE 船用柴油机制成以来的二十年间,UE 柴油机不但在设计技巧上,而且在每一个基础研究领域中都有了令人注目的进展。其成果就是最近的两级废气涡轮增压 E 型 UE 柴油机。两级废气涡轮增压系统使 UE 柴油机的强化度提高了一倍以上,从早期柴油机的48(公斤/厘米~2·米/秒)提高到100(公斤/厘米~2·米/秒),本文主要回顾了柴油机工艺和设计技巧上各个领域里的进展,及 UEC60/125E 型柴油机的设计特点。该机的强化度达到了100.8,目前正在做平台试验。
In the two decades since the first Mitsubishi UE marine diesel engine was made, UE diesel engines have not only made design know-how but also made remarkable progress in every basic research area. The result is the recent two-stage Turbocharged E-type UE diesel engine. The two-stage exhaust gas turbocharger more than doubled the enhancement of UE diesel engines from 48 (kg / cm -2 m / s) to 100 (kg / cm -2 m / s) This paper reviews the progress of diesel engine technology and design skills in various fields and the design features of UEC60 / 125E diesel engine. The aircraft’s degree of strengthening reached 100.8, is currently doing platform testing.
