简述了老人椅辅助站立机构的工作原理,并对辅助站立机构进行传力特性分析,得到机构传动角运动规律。针对传统辅助站立机构传力特性和机构效率较差的问题,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS对该机构进行了运动仿真及参数化建模,然后以辅助站立四杆机构传动角取得最大值为目标进行优化分析,最终确定了影响传动角主要设计变量的参数。研究结果表明,通过优化后,辅助站立机构的传动角得到明显增加,提高了机构传力特性和机械效率,同时也增大了机构的前倾程度,有助于老人站立。
The working principle of the auxiliary standing mechanism of the elderly chair is briefly described, and the force transmission characteristics of the auxiliary standing mechanism are analyzed to get the law of the movement angle of the mechanism. Aiming at the problems of the traditional auxiliary stand-up force transmission characteristics and the poor efficiency of the mechanism, the kinematic simulation and parametric modeling of the mechanism are carried out by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS. The research results show that the transmission angle of the auxiliary standing mechanism is obviously increased after optimization, the force transmission characteristics and mechanical efficiency of the mechanism are improved, meanwhile, the forward inclination of the mechanism is also increased, helping the elderly to stand.
