热处理工艺对Bi系超导材料的性能及制备的影响

通过对液氮温区不超导的Bi系块状试样重轧和热处理 ,分析了热处理工艺对Bi系材料超导电性的影响。电阻—温度曲线和磁化率—温度曲线的测定结果 ,液氮温区不超导的块材可以通过重轧后热处理而具有超导电性 ,同时试样的 1 1 0K相含量有较大提高。 The influence of heat treatment process on the superconductivity of Bi-based materials was analyzed by re-rolling and heat-treating the Bi-based massive specimens without superconducting liquid nitrogen temperature region. The result of resistance-temperature curve and magnetic susceptibility-temperature curve shows that the superconductivity of superconductivity can be obtained by the superconducting heat treatment after the block is not superconducting in the liquid nitrogen temperature range, and the content of 110K phase in the sample is greatly increased.
