研究马蹄香Saruma henryi Oliv.全草的化学成分。利用溶剂萃取,反复硅胶、硅藻土色谱等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、谱学数据进行结构鉴定。分离并鉴定了13个化合物,分别为7-甲氧基-马兜铃内酰胺IV(1)、马兜铃内酰胺II(2)、马兜铃酸I(3)、马兜铃内酰胺AII(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、马兜铃内酰胺Ia(6)、穆坪马兜铃酰胺(7)、马兜铃内酰胺I(8)、4β,10β-香兰木二醇(9)、马兜铃内酯(10)、马兜铃次酸I(11)、内消旋二氢愈疮木酸(12)、calopiptin(13)。所有化合物均为首次从马蹄香属植物中分离得到。马兜铃酸和马兜铃内酰胺类成分具肾毒性,本研究提示马蹄香药用的安全问题值得关注研究结果亦为马兜铃科的化学分类学提供了依据。
Study on the chemical composition of Saruma henryi Oliv. Solvent extraction, repeated silica gel, diatomite chromatography and other means for separation and purification, according to the physical and chemical properties, spectral data for structural identification. Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as 7-methoxy-aristolactam IV (1), aristololactam II (2), aristolochic acid I (3) AII (4), daucosterol (5), aristololactam Ia (6), muping aristolochic amide (7), aristololactam I (8), 4β, 10β- (9), aristololide (10), aristolochic acid I (11), mesohydratable acid (12), calopiptin (13). All the compounds were isolated from Himalayan plants for the first time. Aristolochic acid and aristolochic lactam components with nephrotoxicity, this study suggests that the safety of horseshoe incense is worth noting the results also provide a basis for the chemical taxonomy of the Aristolochia Branch.
