目的 :建立复方醋酸氯己定洗剂的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,μBondapak C18柱 (5 μm ,2 5 0mm×3.9mm) ;流动相为乙腈 甲醇 水 (2 1∶37∶4 2 ) ,每 10 0 0ml内含磷酸 5ml,三氟乙酸 1ml,三乙胺调 pH3.9~ 4 .0 ;流速为 1ml·min-1;检测波长为 2 30nm。结果 :醋酸氯己定和克霉唑分别在 10~ 12 5 μg·ml-1和 2~ 2 5 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ;平均回收率分别为 95 .6 %及 96 .5 % (RSD 1.2 % ,1.5 % )。结论 :本法色谱分离效率高 ,专属性好 ,同时测定两种成份 ,方法简便。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of compound chlorhexidine acetate lotion. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (μBondapak C18 column, 5 μm, 250 mm × 3.9 mm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and methanol (2 1:37:42) 1ml of trifluoroacetic acid, triethylamine adjusted pH3.9 ~ 4 .0; flow rate of 1ml · min-1; detection wavelength of 230nm. Results: Chlorhexidine acetate and clotrimazole had good linearity in the range of 10 ~ 125 μg · ml-1 and 2 ~ 25 μg · ml-1, respectively. The average recoveries were 95.6% and 96.5%, respectively % (RSD 1.2%, 1.5%). Conclusion: This method has the advantages of high chromatographic separation efficiency, good specificity and simultaneous determination of two components, the method is simple and convenient.
