在一种酸性条件下可交联的压裂液中加入两种能够在地层条件下发生反应的物质NH4Cl和NaNO2,自动产生惰性气体氮气均匀分布在压裂液冻胶中,形成一种充气的压裂液体系,可大幅度降低压裂液的滤失性能,并能实现增压助排,提高压裂液的返排能力。实验研究NH4Cl和NaNO2的产气条件,对筛选出来的压裂液配方按照石油天然气行业标准进行了全面的评价。结果表明,这种自生气压裂液体系具有极其优良的性质,是值得开发的新型压裂液体系。
In an acidic condition can be cross-linked fracturing fluid was added to react under formation conditions, two kinds of materials NH4Cl and NaNO2, automatically generated inert gas nitrogen evenly distributed in the fracturing fluid jelly to form an inflated Fracturing fluid system, can greatly reduce the fluid loss performance of fracturing fluid, and to achieve booster drainage to improve fracturing fluid back row ability. Experimental study NH4Cl and NaNO2 gas production conditions, the selected fracturing fluid formulation in accordance with the oil and gas industry standards for a comprehensive evaluation. The results show that this kind of self-generated fracturing fluid has extremely excellent properties and is a new fracturing fluid system worth developing.
