■2004年,安徽合肥启动国家唯一科技创新型试点市建设;2008年10月17日,安徽省召开全省推进自主创新暨建设合芜蚌自主创新综合配套改革试验区动员大会,出台了《关于合芜蚌自主创新综合配套改革试验区的实施意见(试行)》,正式启动合芜蚌自主创新综合配套改革试验区建设;2009年,安徽成为国家技术创新工程试点省。中央及省内主流新闻媒体多次对安徽自主创新给予了高度关注,被誉为“安徽现象”。■今年1月,《皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区规划》正式获批。2月2日,安徽省召开推进皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设动员大会,提出了“一年打基础、三年见成效,五年大发展”的时间表。2009年下半年至今年上半年,安徽先后召开三次高规格对接央企的会议。自去年12月份到今年3月份,安徽省与中央企业合作发展项目开工已达72个,投资总额达1676亿元。预计今年上半年将开工33个,总投资额达到445.02亿元。
■ In 2004, Hefei, Anhui Province started the construction of the only technology innovation pilot city in the country. On October 17, 2008, Anhui Province held a mobilization meeting to promote independent innovation and construction of a comprehensive reform pilot area for independent innovation in Wuhu, promulgating the “ Hefei, Wuhu mussel independent innovation comprehensive reform pilot area implementation of the views (for trial implementation) ”, officially launched a comprehensive reform of Wuhu mussel comprehensive reform pilot area construction; 2009, Anhui Province as a national pilot project of technological innovation projects. On February 2, Anhui Province held a mobilization meeting to promote the construction of a demonstration area in Anhui’s urban belt for undertaking industrial transfer, and put forward a timetable of “laying a foundation for a year, achieving a three-year success and a major development in five years”. From the second half of 2009 to the first half of this year, Anhui held three high-standard meeting of central enterprises. Since December last year to March this year, Anhui Province has started 72 cooperative development projects with central enterprises with a total investment of 167.6 billion yuan. It is estimated that 33 projects will be started in the first half of this year with a total investment of 44.502 billion yuan.
