针对镇海发电厂4号机组同步器死区大、惯性大、可控性差及控制精度低等问题,采用直接能量平衡控制方式和模糊PID(FuzyPID)复合控制策略,成功地实现了机组协调控制系统在3%、5%负荷升、降速率下的升、降负荷控制,保证了主蒸汽压力在±02MPa范围内波动和负荷的稳定,满足了机组协调控制系统的快速性和稳定性的要求,为电厂安全、经济和稳定运行提供了保证,为实现AGC控制奠定了基础。
