实验研究了阳离子高分子SCP与阴离子聚合物HPAM的相互作用产物及其在油田的应用。SCP为多糖分子链葡糖单元6位羟基被1-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵醚化的产物。HPAM为商品Aldcoflood 1175,分子量1.7×107,水解度25%。黏度(25℃)15 mPa.s的20 g/L SCP溶液与黏度210 mPa.s的1 g/L HPAM溶液按体积比9∶1~6∶4混合,体积比5∶5和4∶6时形成黏度29.3和12.7 Pa.s的凝胶,体积比2∶8时产生沉淀。5∶5凝胶的紫外吸收光谱和全部混合比范围的混合液电导率均偏离两单一溶液相应值的线性加和,表明二者之间发生了反应。5∶5凝胶黏度随温度升高而降低,但在70~90℃区间下降很缓慢。用1 g/L HPAM溶液驱替5.5~6.0μm2储层砂填充岩心中的模拟油,产出液含水达到95%时注入1 PV SCP溶液,在70℃反应24小时后,测得随注入的SCP溶液浓度增大(10~30 g/L),油相突破压力增大(2.28~3.27 MPa/m),油相堵塞率增大(92.0%~97.5%)。若用SCP溶液驱油后再注入1 PV HPAM溶液,则测得的油相突破压力和油相堵塞率略低。图3表3参2。
The interaction between cationic polymer SCP and anionic polymer HPAM was studied experimentally and its application in oil field. SCP is the product of etherification of the 6-position hydroxyl group of the glucose unit of the polysaccharide chain with 1-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride.
