以汽车发动机连杆疲劳裂纹GTAW焊接修复为研究对象,根据实际情况建立了其热-冶金-力学耦合的三维有限元模型,采用焊接专用有限元分析软件对汽车发动机连杆疲劳裂纹GTAW焊修过程的温度场、应力场和变形场进行了数值计算与分析,预测焊修结构的残余应力和变形。研究结果可为实际焊修生产提供理论指导。
