随着现代化科学技术的飞速发展,计算机网络越来越广泛地应用于社会各个领域。用计算机网络管理疗养院信息,已成为疗养院信息电子化的必然趋势。电子疗案作为现代化数据处理手段已被广泛应用于医疗实践工作中,也被称为计算机化的疗案或基于计算机的疗养记录。电子疗养档案(简称疗案)是疗养院疗养信息的核心,是以其资料完整、网络传输、快捷方便、信息共享等特点形成一个支持疗养院医疗活动所有功能的系统。(1)为疗养院管理服务(2)提高疗养院工作效率(3)提高疗养院工作质量(4)为科研服务(5)规范了医疗行为。电子疗案在疗养院管理中,目前还存在一些问题,需要不断完善。
With the rapid development of modern science and technology, computer networks are increasingly used in various fields of society. The use of computer networks to manage sanatorium information has become an inevitable trend for digital information in sanatoriums. As a modern data processing method, the electronic therapy case has been widely used in medical practice work. It is also called a computerized treatment case or a computer-based treatment record. Electronic nursing files (referred to as treatment cases) are the core of sanatorium spasm information. It is a system that supports all the functions of the sanatorium’s medical activities based on its features of complete information, network transmission, convenience, and information sharing. (1) Manage services for sanatoriums (2) Improve work efficiency in sanatoriums (3) Improve work quality in sanatoriums (4) Serve scientific research (5) Standardize medical behaviors. In the management of nursing homes, there are still some problems in the electronic therapy case that need continuous improvement.
