一年一度的人大、政协两会3月3日在京如期召开。各方代表都带着公众的建议和人民的心声参加两会。早在各地的“两会”期间,在各汽车生产大省提交的2009年政府工作报告中,可以看出各地都在认真冷静思考汽车业的未来。北京市市长郭金龙:在目前形势下,北京市将深入推进产业结构调整,积极发展高端制造业,以完善高端产业链为目标,全力推进一批重点项目建设,提升现代制造业发展水平。其中,加快汽车零部件等特色产业基地的建设被列为建设重点项目之一。按照规划,大兴采育、顺义杨镇和怀柔庙城将建成北京汽车零部件三大产业基地。上海市市长韩正:为加快发展方式转变和结构调整,上海将继续巩固提升支柱工业,加快推动上汽临港自主品牌汽车基地等一批重点产业项目建设。安徽省省长王三运:安徽将把握国家实施十大重点产业振兴规划的机遇,支持汽车等优势
