近几年,在国际发展(International Development)圈内,有关发展新知识的探讨逐渐成为焦点。在各个关键性的国际场域,如2015年9月份在美国召开的联合国可持续发展峰会,12月在南非闭幕的中非合作论坛峰会,以及2016年即将在中国召开的G20峰会,如何制定、理解下一步的国际发展合作政策和指导相应的实践,都需要发育出更多的发展新知识作为储备,而“一带一路”建设正为中国参与国际发展新知识的重塑提供了一个契机和载体。在众多构建发展新知识的切入点中,超越于援助之外的投资与贸易,超越于公共部门之外的私有部门也越来越多地引起了国际发展研究界的关注,其中,企业社会责任(CSR)正成为一个新的知识增长点,粘连着国际发展议题与跨国企业负责任商业经营的话题。
