中华人民共和国原对外贸易经济合作部于1999年6月3日发布公告,根据1997年3月颁布的《中华人民共和国反倾销和反补贴条例》的规定,原对外贸易经济合作部与原国家经济贸易委员会对原产于加拿大、韩国和美国的进口新闻纸反倾销调查做出最终裁定(原对外贸易经济合作部公告1999年第4号及附件),对原产于上述国家的进口新闻纸征收反倾销税,实施期限自1998年7月10日起为5年。
