通过对(中国春phlb基因突变体×Ae.umbellulata)F_1(中国春×Ae.umbe-llulata)F_1植株花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体配对情兄的观察,首次证明了phlb基因可以诱导普通小麦与Ae.umbellulata间的部分同源染色体配对。同时,说明Ae.umbellulata中没有Phl或Phl-like基因。所以有可能利用phlb基因诱导部分同源染色体间的配对、交换,从而把Ae.umbellulata的有益基因导入普通小麦。
Through the observation of metaphase I metaphase of meiosis metaphase Ⅰ (Chinese Spring phlb gene mutant × Ae.umbellulata) F_1 (Chinese Spring × Ae.umbe-llulata) F_1 plant, it was first demonstrated that the phlb gene can induce common Pairing of homologous chromosomes between wheat and Ae.umbellulata. At the same time, there is no Phl or Phl-like gene in Ae.umbellulata. Therefore, it is possible to use the phlb gene to induce pairing and exchange between some homologous chromosomes, thereby introducing the beneficial gene of Ae.umbellulata into common wheat.
