本文主要阐述当今法语专业就业问题及就业大环境下,把法语教育与就业相结合,把握法语通用教学理念与专业性教学的关系。随着社会的发展进步,企事业单位对法语专业学生的能力要求越来越高,从而增加了法语专业学生的就业难度。当下个性教学、专业教学逐步以鲜明的针对性和灵活性成为一种趋势,是提高专业素质和能力,提高就业竞争力的有效办法。但我们在这种探索中有很多问题并没有得到应有的重视,相反在强调法语教学标准化的今天,学生正慢慢丧失对专业性和能力的追求。从对法语教学标准化与专业化的理解出发,以专业化、个性化为重点分析,探讨法语教学中的“标与专”与就业关系。 This article mainly expounds the current French professional employment and employment environment, the French education and employment, to grasp the relationship between the French general teaching philosophy and professional teaching.
