用基因枪进行gus基因转化,研究了小麦幼穗、幼胚愈伤组织不同诱导培养时间的转化效果。结果表明,幼穗以诱导培养16d的转化效果最佳,幼胚以诱导培养15d的转化效果最好。比较幼穗和胚的组织培养结果发现,幼穗较幼胚更耐继代和形成再生植株。
The gene gun was used to transform gus gene to study the transformation effect of different induction culture time of young ears and immature embryos. The results showed that the transformation of young ear to culture for 16 days was the best, and the transformation of young embryo to culture for 15 days was the best. Tissue culture of young spikes and embryos showed that young spikes were more resistant to subsequent generations and regenerated plants than the immature embryos.
