传统的国际化理论认为,企业国际化发展是一个渐进的过程。而国际新创企业却能在创业之初就积极从事跨国经营,并实现了快速成长,这是传统的国际商务理论所不能解释的。本文通过案例研究,探讨国际新创企业的创业机理与成长模式。本文认为,海外市场机会认知与开发是国际新创企业创立与成长的契机,全球资源整合是国际新创企业的成长模式,海外市场知识与组织学习是国际新创企业进入国际市场后创造和维持可持续竞争优势、实现能力提升和持续成长的基础。
The traditional theory of internationalization holds that the internationalization of a company is a gradual process. However, international start-up companies are able to actively engage in transnational operations at the beginning of their business and have achieved rapid growth. This cannot be explained by traditional international business theory. Through case studies, this article explores the entrepreneurial mechanism and growth model of international start-ups. This article believes that the recognition and development of opportunities in overseas markets is an opportunity for the creation and growth of international start-ups. Global resource integration is the growth model for international start-ups. Overseas market knowledge and organizational learning are created after international start-up companies enter the international market. The basis for maintaining a sustainable competitive advantage, achieving capacity improvement and continuous growth.
