三十而立:以“无炫”成就华章——《中小学管理》的“立德、立群、立制、立功”之旅

《中小学管理》创刊已经30年了。30年来,在迅速发展变化的社会环境中,杂志社不断努力创新,取得了优异成绩。我作为一名读者和作者,与《中小学管理》诸位老师有一些交往,自杂志创刊以来始终关注其发展。这里我想谈一些零星的感受。三十而立。我对《中小学管理》30年发展中“所立”的感受是立德、立群、立制、立功。一、立德人无德不立,业无德不兴。《中小学管理》30年来 “Primary and secondary management” has been published for 30 years. In the rapid development and change of social environment in the past 30 years, magazines have made continuous efforts to innovate and achieved excellent results. As a reader and author, I have had some contacts with teachers of “Primary and Secondary Management” and have always paid attention to their development since my magazine started its publication.
