番木瓜是热带、亚热带地区特有的一种果树,易栽培,结果早,产量高。其果实富含多种维生素,尤以维生素A含量较高,素有“岭南佳果”的美称。 番木瓜果脯以番木瓜鲜果为主要原料,添加一定辅助料,经加工而成。现将其具体加工技术综述如下:
