室内 5 %广枯灵水剂对水稻稻瘟病菌菌丝、孢子的毒力测定结果表明 :新杀菌剂 5 %广枯灵水剂不但能抑制稻瘟病菌菌丝的生长 ,而且对稻瘟病孢子萌发的抑制作用较好。 5 %广枯灵水剂 1 0 0mg/L的抑菌效果为6 7 1 % ;40 0mg/L的抑菌效果可达 1 0 0 %。对照药剂 2 0 %三环唑 40 0mg/L的抑菌效果仅为 84 4 % ,5 %广枯灵水剂对稻瘟病菌孢子萌发的BC50 值 47 99mg/L ;2 0 %三环唑BC50 值 5 6 4 3mg/L ;5 %广枯灵水剂抑制稻瘟病菌菌丝生长 ,抑制稻瘟病菌孢子萌发以及BC50 值均明显好于当前广泛使用的 2 0 %三环唑
