‘嘉平大枣’果实发育成熟过程中糖、酸及维生素C含量在各年间虽有差异 ,但均遵循各自的规律变化 ,与生长期有极显著的相关性。果实全糖含量随果实成熟逐渐增加 ,到完熟后期剧增 ,与生长期呈极显著的指数曲线正相关 ,3年均值回归方程为 :Y =1.4 4 46e0 .0 2 57x,r=0 .9833 (n =7)。果实酸含量呈高→低→高的变化规律 ,拟合曲线为二次多项式反抛物线 ,相关系数r =0 .9958 (n =7)。维生素C含量呈低→高→低的变化规律 ,果核完全硬化时达最高 ,完熟后期缓慢减少 ,拟合曲线为 3次多项式 ,3年均值回归方程为 :Y =0 .0 0 76X3- 1.84 8X2 +138.4 3X - 2 4 90 .8,r=0 .980 7 (n =7)。
Although the content of sugar, acid and vitamin C in ’Jiaping Jujube’ during the maturation of fruit are different in different years, they all follow their own regular changes and have very significant correlation with growth period. The content of total sugar in fruit increased gradually with the maturity of fruit and increased sharply in the later period of ripening, which was positively correlated with the extremely significant exponential curve in the growth phase. The fruit nucleus reached the highest value at the time of complete hardening and slowly decreased at the late ripening stage. The fitted curve was the third degree polynomial.
