根据管理要素报酬递增规律的基本假定,从理论上分析了短期生产中企业生产率的改进情况,在此基础上构建了一个宏观生产函数,并利用我国1986~2006年的工业总产出数据,对生产函数进行了计量检验。检验结果表明,管理要素在经济增长和工业产出中的贡献份额超过了资本和劳动要素,从而为全要素生产率的来源提供了一个有力的解释。由此得到的主要结论是,企业生产率的提高主要来源于管理要素的作用,通过管理要素投入对微观企业效率的促进,最终可以提高宏观经济增长中的全要素生产率,从而为经济增长率的提高和经济增长方式的转变提供动力。
According to the basic assumptions of the law of increasing returns to managerial factors, this paper theoretically analyzes the improvement of enterprise productivity in short-term production. On this basis, it constructs a macro-production function and makes use of the total industrial output data from 1986 to 2006 in our country. Production function was tested. The test results show that the contribution of management factors in the economic growth and industrial output exceeds the capital and labor factors, thus providing a powerful explanation for the sources of total factor productivity. The main conclusion is that the improvement of enterprise productivity comes mainly from the role of management factors. Through the promotion of the efficiency of micro-enterprises through the input of management factors, the total factor productivity in macroeconomic growth can be increased eventually, which can increase the economic growth rate And the transformation of economic growth mode to provide impetus.
