目的观察比索洛尔对脑出血后心律失常的作用。方法通过大鼠脑出血模型，应用２４小时动态心电图记录心律失常发生情况。结果比索洛尔能减少脑出血后室性早搏的发生，尤其能预防阵发性室性心动过速的发作。结论比索洛尔对脑出血后室性心律失常具有明显的预防及治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of bisoprolol on arrhythmia after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The rat model of cerebral hemorrhage was used to record the occurrence of arrhythmia by 24-hour Holter monitoring. Results Bisoprolol can reduce the occurrence of premature ventricular contractions after intracerebral hemorrhage and especially prevent the onset of paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia. Conclusion Bisoprolol has obvious preventive and therapeutic effects on ventricular arrhythmia after intracerebral hemorrhage.
