中药韭菜子为百合科植物韭菜的种子,而葱子为同科植物葱的种子。两者外形极相似,较难区分,常在购销和使用中发生混淆。为此,我们利用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳技术,对二者进行了蛋白电泳分析。结果表明:二种材料的蛋白电泳图谱具有明显差异,可作为鉴别韭菜子与葱子的一种快速可靠的方法。 The Chinese herb leek seed is the seed of the lily plant leek, while the onion is the seed of the same family plant onion. The two are very similar in appearance and difficult to distinguish, and they are often confused during purchases and sales. For this purpose, we used the cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis technique to perform protein electrophoresis analysis on both. The results showed that the protein electrophoresis patterns of the two materials were significantly different and could be used as a rapid and reliable method to identify the Chinese cabbage and onion.
