在当前社会转型、利益多元、矛盾交织的大背景下,关注和关心个体工商户这一特殊群体,进一步做好新形势下对个体经济的服务管理工作,对于创新和加强社会管理、全面提升城市现代化管理水平、维护社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。上海市工商局通过组织调查摸底、抽样问卷调查、召开专题座谈会、走访收集个案等方式,开展了“进一步做好新形势下个体经济服务管理工作,促进社会和谐稳定”的专题调研。
