定义轧机板形刚度系数m为单位板宽的横向刚度 ,即m =K/b,将板形向量模型中的板凸度公式微分 ,得到十分简明的板形刚度方程Kc=m +q .与材料力学得出的板凸度计算公式联立 ,得到轧件板形刚度解析计算公式 .通过数值计算与实际轧机数值相比较 ,证明板形刚度理论的正确性和实用性 ,并已在 40 64mm四辊宽厚板轧机上应用 .
