针对目前大型回转件检测效率低、判伤难、无记录和人为影响大等缺点,进行大型回转件超声波自动化探伤技术研究,设计开发了一套多系统融合、智能化的超声波自动化探伤系统。介绍了系统的工作原理和自动化探伤系统的总体实施方案,并详细地进行了机械支撑系统的结构设计。该系统的研制能够大大提高大型件的探伤精度和效率,为大型工件自动化探伤设备的研制奠定机构学理论与应用技术基础,对提高相关机械产品的自主设计、创新和国际竞争能力具有重要意义。
Aiming at the defects of low efficiency, difficult judgment, no record and artificial influence of the large rotating parts, the ultrasonic testing technology of large rotating parts is researched. A multi-system fusion and intelligent ultrasonic testing system is designed and developed. The working principle of the system and the overall implementation plan of the automatic testing system are introduced, and the structural design of the mechanical supporting system is carried out in detail. The development of the system can greatly improve the detection accuracy and efficiency of large-scale parts, laying the foundation of mechanism theory and application technology for the development of large-scale automatic workpiece inspection equipment. It is of great significance to improve the independent design, innovation and international competitiveness of related mechanical products.
