目的探讨四种恶性肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的变化及其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测234例四种恶性肿瘤患者及45例健康体检者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞及B细胞。结果与对照组相比,四种恶性肿瘤患者总T淋巴细胞比例有降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD4+T淋巴细胞占总淋巴细胞的百分比降低(P<0.05),CD8+T淋巴细胞和NK细胞占总淋巴细胞的百分比升高(P<0.05);乳腺癌和肺癌患者CD8+T淋巴细胞占总淋巴细胞的百分比高于胃癌和结肠直肠癌患者,而CD4+T淋巴细胞占总淋巴细胞的百分比低于胃癌和结肠直肠癌患者(P<0.05);。结论恶性肿瘤患者整体免疫功能低下,同时呈现免疫紊乱状态;乳腺癌和肺癌患者免疫功能改变与胃癌和直肠结肠癌略有不同,可能与肿瘤的侵袭、转移有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in four kinds of malignant tumors and their clinical significance. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect T lymphocyte subsets, NK cells and B cells in peripheral blood of 234 patients with four malignant tumors and 45 healthy controls. Results Compared with the control group, the proportion of total T lymphocytes in four kinds of malignant tumors decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The percentage of CD4 + T lymphocytes in total lymphocytes decreased (P <0.05) , CD8 + T lymphocytes and NK cells (P <0.05). The percentage of CD8 + T lymphocytes in total lymphocytes in breast cancer and lung cancer patients was higher than that in gastric cancer and colorectal cancer patients, CD4 + T lymphocytes as a percentage of total lymphocytes in patients with gastric cancer and colorectal cancer (P <0.05); Conclusions The overall immune function of patients with malignant tumor is low, meanwhile immune disorder is present. The immune function of breast cancer and lung cancer is slightly different from that of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer, which may be related to tumor invasion and metastasis.
