目的 :探讨窒息后新生儿外周血白细胞计数与其伴发肾损伤的关系。方法 :在出生后 2 4小时内 ,对37例窒息新生儿 (轻度窒息 2 3例 ,重度窒息 1 4例 )和 9例正常新生儿血清BUN、Cr水平及外周血白细胞计数进行了检测。结果 :重度窒息组白细胞计数 ,BUN、Cr及肾损伤发生率明显高于轻度窒息组和对照组 ,肾损伤组外周血白细胞计数明显高于非肾损伤组 ,但Apgar评分明显低于非肾损伤组 ,相关分析表明 :外周血白细胞计数与BUN、Cr呈正相关 ,与Apgar评分呈负相关。结论 :外周血白细胞数升高与新生儿窒息后肾损伤密切相关 ,可作为窒息后肾损伤的一个独立危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between neonatal peripheral blood leukocyte count and its associated renal damage after asphyxia. Methods: Serum BUN, Cr levels and peripheral blood leukocyte counts were measured in 37 neonates with asphyxia (23 with mild asphyxia, 14 with severe asphyxia) and 9 normal neonates within 24 hours after birth. Results: The incidences of white blood cell count, BUN, Cr and renal injury in severe asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in mild asphyxia group and control group. The peripheral blood leukocyte count in renal injury group was significantly higher than that in non-renal injury group, but Apgar score was significantly lower than non-renal Injury group, correlation analysis showed that: peripheral blood leukocyte count and BUN, Cr was positively correlated, and Apgar score was negatively correlated. Conclusion: The increase of peripheral white blood cell count is closely related to renal injury after neonatal asphyxia, which may be an independent risk factor for renal injury after asphyxia.
