[目的]探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合七味白术散治疗儿童厌食症的疗效及对食欲调节因子的影响。[方法]70例儿童厌食症患者分为中西医组(n=35例)和西医组(n=35例)。2组患儿均予以调整饮食结构并养成良好的饮食习惯。中西医组予以双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合七味白术散治疗,其中双歧杆菌三联活菌散1.0g/次,3次/d,温开水冲服;七味白术散,1剂/d,水煎取汁100~150ml,分早晚餐前温服1次。西医组予以单纯双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗,剂量、用法同中西医组。2组均使用8周。观察2组患儿治疗前后血清胃泌素(GAS)和胃动素(MOT)水平的变化,并评估比较其临床效果及药物不良反应。[结果]治疗8周后,2组血清GAS和MOT水平较前明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组上升值大于对照组(P<0.05)。中西医组患儿临床总有效率(94.29%)明显高于西医组(77.14%)(χ2=4.20,P<0.05)。2组患儿治疗期间均未发生明显的药物不良反应。[结论]双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合七味白术散治疗儿童厌食症的疗效确切,安全性较佳,其机制可能与其能升高血清GAS和MOT水平,调节食欲调节因子紊乱密切相关。 [Objective] To investigate the curative effect of bifidobacterium triple active probiotics combined with Qiweibaizhu San on children with anorexia and their effects on appetite regulating factors. [Conclusion] Bifidobacterium triple inactivated powder combined with Shibai Baizhu San is effective and safe for the treatment of children anorexia. The mechanism may be related to the increase of serum GAS and MOT levels and the regulation of appetite regulating factors.
