日前,全国人民正在贯彻党的十五大精神之际,山东省财政厅邀请全省著名农业经济管理专家、学者、教授,召开了咨询座谈会。专家们根据党的十五大的精神、畅所欲言、直抒胸臆,回顾总结了财政支农的经验和成就,提出了新时期财政支农工作新思路、新重点、新方法、新形式,为财政支农和农业的持续发展献计献策。
