闫拓时曾先后在五所不同高校任校级领导。2006年12月,受上级机关委派,就任中国音乐学院党委书记。在当时的就职讲话中,闫拓时坦言最近两次工作变动与个人的经历学历背景情况差异比较大,但是既来之,则学之,则奋之,力争中国音乐学院有尽可能好的局面。转眼十余年过去了,闫拓时为中国音乐学院的改革发展做出了重要贡献,但依旧谦逊严谨,平易近人。我们荣幸地邀请到闫拓时做客本期院长访谈,共同聆听一位充满智慧的管理者对中国音乐学院的发展如数家珍,共同感受一位艺术教育工作者对当代艺术教育的哲学思辨。 Yan Tuo has served in five different universities as school leaders.
