随着我国电气化铁路事业的飞速发展,我厂电力机车生产任务逐年增加,对牵引电机的数量和质量要求越来越高。作为牵引电机生产的主要设备之一的氩弧焊机,虽然其性能及各项技术指标较先进,但仍然还存在不足之处,有触点程控电路故障较多就是其中的一个问题。一、NZAD—500型氩弧焊机程控电路的缺点: 我厂生产并使用的NZAD—500型氩弧焊机,基本上实现了电枢线圈引线头焊接的自动化,是目前较理想的焊接设备。但是,由于程控电路易发生故障,需随时进行检修(每周平均维修四次甚至更多),影响了焊接效率,延长了生产周期。这是因为NZAD—500型氩弧焊机的程控电路为有触点
