Live animal optical imaging technology has been widely used in vivo for cell tracing or real-time monitoring of the expression of specific genes in vivo because of its advantages of non-invasive, living, dynamic, continuous and specific imaging. TGF-β1 signaling plays a very important role in the development, progression and metastasis of breast cancer. In this paper, we mainly reviewed the application of optical imaging technology in vivo to study the role of TGF-β1 signaling in the regulation of breast cancer metastasis, and to discuss the correlation between TGF-β1 signaling pathway and breast cancer in vivo. Finally, the effect of flavonoid intervention on breast The role of cancer metastasis is summarized. Therefore, this article may provide some theoretical guidance for screening new drugs for breast cancer metastasis, and promote the application of molecular imaging technology in continuously observing the effect of drug therapy in vivo.
