表面织构化技术作为一种可以调控机械部件摩擦性能的方法已得到国内外科研工作者的广泛关注。制备表面织构的方法多种多样,其中超短脉冲激光表面织构化具有工艺简单、空间灵活、精密微细的特色而被认为是摩擦应用领域中最具前景的表面织构制备方法之一。利用超短脉冲激光技术可以在材料表面诱导出多种微纳结构以达到控制其摩擦性能的目的。本文介绍了利用超短脉冲激光表面织构化技术调控材料摩擦性能的研究进展,同时探讨了超短脉冲表面织构化调控材料摩擦性能在诸多领域的潜在应用。
Surface texture technology as a method that can regulate the frictional performance of mechanical parts has attracted wide attention from domestic and foreign researchers. There are many ways to fabricate the surface textures. The ultrashort pulsed laser surface texturing is considered as one of the most promising surface texture preparation methods in the field of tribology because of its simple process, flexible space and fine details. The use of ultra-short pulse laser technology can induce a variety of micro-nano structure on the surface of the material in order to achieve the purpose of controlling its frictional properties. In this paper, the development of research on friction and wear properties of ultra-short pulse laser surface texturing is reviewed. The potential applications of ultrashort pulsed surface texture control in many fields are also discussed.
