一、引言在科学研究与工农业生产及日常生活中,人们得到的大多数是非电量信息,这些信息即使能被检测,也难于放大、传输与处理。传感器就是能灵敏地检测有关信息(物理、化学、生物各类)并把它们变为易于接收、加工、处理的电信号的特异功能器件。它的产品通常体积较小.结构特殊.并不复杂,然而它处于连接被测控对象的接口位置,构成了系统信息输入的主要窗口,提供着系统赖以进行处理与决策的原始信息,在很大程度上影响和决定着现代化技术和产品的功能。
