目的研究楤木Aralia chinensis茎的化学成分。方法采用ODS柱色谱技术对楤木茎的75%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,采用各种波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从楤木茎75%乙醇提取物中分离得到了1个新三萜皂苷化合物,鉴定为3-O-{[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl}-oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(1)。结论化合物1为新的三萜皂苷类化合物,命名为楤木茎苷A。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of stems of Aralia chinensis. Methods 75% ethanol extract of Alnus cremastogyne was isolated and purified by ODS column chromatography and identified by various spectral techniques. Results A new triterpenoid saponin compound was isolated from the 75% ethanol extract of Alnus cremastogyne and identified as 3-O - {[β-D-glucopyranosyl- (β → D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 3)] - β-D-glucopyranosyl} -oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new triterpene saponin compound, named Alnus sativa.
