新加坡人民行动党不遗余力加强社会基层组织建设,这是该党获得选民支持最终得以长期执政的最重要因素之一。借鉴新加坡人民行动党建设社会基层组织经验,加强我国高校学生党组织的建设与改革,建立和完善高校大学生委员会,以锻炼和培养具有坚定意志和高素质的年轻党员,进一步充实党组织,提升队伍的凝聚力、战斗力和影响力。
The Singapore People’s Action Party has spared no effort to strengthen the building of a grass-roots social organization, which is one of the most important factors in the party’s long-term ruling by voters.
