在进行煤矿局部对旋式轴流通风机机械设计的过程中,根据孤立翼型设计方法完成前后两级叶轮及叶片的设计,在完成集流器、整流罩和扩散筒等主要部件设计后完成整机的机械设计。之后采用有限元仿真方法对风机集流器、整流罩、扩散筒和内筒表面的压力分布进行仿真分析,主要分析其表面的压力分布趋势。通过在矿井通风机设计过程中将有限元仿真方法应用到风机主要结构部件设计过程中,提高了设计的可靠性,具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。
In the process of mechanical design of local counter-rotating axial fan in coal mine, the design of two impellers and vanes according to the isolated airfoil design method is completed after the design of main components such as current collectors, fairings and diffuser tubes are completed Machine’s mechanical design. After that, the pressure distributions of the fan header, fairing, diffuser and inner cylinder were simulated by finite element simulation method, and the pressure distribution on the surface of the fan was analyzed. Through the application of the finite element simulation method in the design process of the mine ventilator to the main structural components of the fan, the reliability of the design is improved, which has important guiding significance and application value.
