应用兔MCAO(middlecarebralarteryocclusion)局灶脑缺血模型,将实验动物随机分成4组:对照组C、脑缺血后2h、4h、24h(I1、I2、I24)组。放免法测定脑组织和血浆中强啡肽含量的时相变化,同时测脑组织H2O、Na+含量。结果发现MCAO后脑组织和血浆强啡肽含量显著增高,且随时相递增,并与脑组织H2O、Na+变化呈正相关。提示强啡肽可能参与脑缺血脑水肿的发生发展。
Animals were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group C, 2h, 4h, 24h (I1, I2, I24) groups after MCAO. Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the phase changes of dynorphin in brain tissue and plasma, and to measure the contents of H2O and Na + in brain tissue. The results showed that the contents of dynorphin in brain tissue and plasma were significantly increased after MCAO and increased with time, and positively correlated with the changes of H2O and Na + in brain tissue. Tip dynorphin may be involved in the development of cerebral ischemia and cerebral edema.
