目的分析和评价某二甲基亚砜项目职业病危害控制效果,探讨防护措施及防治对策。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业健康检查、职业病危害因素检测等途径收集相关数据和资料,采用检查表法、定性和定量法进行综合性评价。结果该项目的主要职业病危害因素有噪声、高温、硫化氢、甲醇、氮氧化物。检测结果表明,噪声强度为69.2~75.3 dB(A),WBGT指数范围27.9~29.2℃。该项目作业场所职业病危害因素浓度或强度均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该扩建项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害防护措施基本可行有效。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a dimethyl sulfoxide project, and to discuss the protective measures and prevention measures. Methods The data and data were collected through on-the-spot investigation of occupational health, occupational health examination and occupational disease hazard detection, and the comprehensive evaluation was conducted by the method of checklist, qualitative and quantitative. Results The main occupational hazards of the project were noise, high temperature, hydrogen sulfide, methanol and nitrogen oxides. The test results show that the noise intensity is 69.2 ~ 75.3 dB (A) and the WBGT index is 27.9 ~ 29.2 ℃. The concentrations or intensities of occupational hazards in the workplace of the project are in line with the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The expansion project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. The protective measures against occupational hazards are basically feasible and effective.
