On August 5, 1994, a two-day Yantai first fishing and marine working conference came to a close in Penglai City. More than 150 leading comrades from Yantai municipal Party committee, municipal government, municipal people’s congress, municipal government, central authorities and provincial tobacco-related units as well as county party committee (city) party chiefs and coastal townships attended the meeting.
