作为我国新型城镇化的重要载体,特色小镇在全国如火如荼地开展,已经成为旅游业融合发展的创新增长业态。两会的《政府工作报告》首次指出,要扎实推进新型城镇化,支持中小型城市和特色小城镇发展,特色小镇上升为国家战略,至此,特色小镇开发在全国逐步开展起来。然而,特色小镇建设的基本前提是基础设施的投入和建设,而源源不断的资金来源就成为了特色小镇发展的关键因素,本文构建PPP+旅游特色小镇的创新模式,对其必要性及可行性进行深入地研究,以期为旅游特色小镇提供借鉴。 As an important carrier of the new urbanization in our country, the characteristic townships are launching in full swing in the whole country and have become an innovative and growing format for the integration of tourism development. By now, the development of characteristic small towns has been gradually carried out throughout the country. However, the basic prerequisite for the construction of characteristic towns is the input and construction of infrastructure, and the steady stream of funds has become the key factor for the development of characteristic towns. This paper constructs the innovation mode of PPP + tourist towns, Feasibility study in-depth, with a view to provide a reference for the tourist town.
