目的以提高复乳制剂稳定性为中心点,从制备工艺、处方因素等方面综述近年来复乳制剂的最新研究进展,介绍促进其稳定的方法。方法查阅近期国内外相关文献。结果与结论复乳具有独特的双层结构,其在缓控释给药系统、食品及化妆品等领域具有极大的应用潜力,但复乳本身的热力学不稳定性限制了其在工业生产中的应用。笔者进一步阐释了复乳的释放机制,并对复乳的应用前景进行了简要介绍。
OBJECTIVE To improve the stability of multi-milk preparations, the recent research progress of multi-milk preparations in recent years was reviewed from the aspects of preparation technology, prescription factors and so on, and the methods to promote their stability were introduced. Methods access to recent literature at home and abroad. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Syndectomy has a unique double-layer structure, which has great potential for applications in controlled-release drug delivery systems, food and cosmetics, etc. However, the thermodynamic instability of the multiple emulsion itself limits its utility in industrial production application. The author further explained the release mechanism of multiple milk, and the prospect of multiple milk was briefly introduced.
