目的了解南方某市水稻中铅、镉污染状况,进行风险预警。方法按照2011年国家食品安全风险监测计划的要求,随机采集市辖9个区县市的农户自产水稻,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测铅、镉指标。结果在414份水稻中,铅、镉检出率分别为81.9%和99.8%,平均值为0.079和0.154mg/kg,与国标比较,铅、镉超标率分别为3.1%和29.2%。结论该市水稻均有不同程度铅、镉污染,其中镉的污染更广泛,应进一步加强监测,控制污染,保障健康。
Objective To understand the pollution status of lead and cadmium in rice in a southern city of China and carry out risk early warning. Methods According to the requirements of the National Food Safety Risk Monitoring Plan in 2011, farmers producing rice in 9 districts and counties under their jurisdiction were randomly collected and their Pb and Cd contents were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The detection rates of lead and cadmium in 414 rice varieties were 81.9% and 99.8% respectively, with the average values being 0.079 and 0.154 mg / kg, respectively. Compared with the national standard, the over-standard rates of lead and cadmium were 3.1% and 29.2% respectively. Conclusion The rice in the city has different levels of lead and cadmium pollution. Among them, the pollution of cadmium is more extensive, so monitoring, pollution control and health protection should be further strengthened.
