司法机关是一国的最具公正性的机关,由于我国法治进程还在推进,在此过程中,发现、暴露了很多问题,司法判决不公正是最为突出的问题,不公正的来源就是司法机关缺少独立性和中立性,直接影响的就是审判结果,本文将通过我国司法机关现状来论述司法机关应当具有独立性和中立性,因为这不仅利于审判的公正,也是维护了我国的法律系统。
Judicial organs are the most impartial organs of a country. As the progress of the rule of law in our country is still advancing, many problems have been discovered and exposed in this process. The unfair judicial decision is the most prominent issue. The unfair source is the judiciary The lack of independence and neutrality directly affects the outcome of the trial. This article will discuss the current situation of the judiciary in our country to show that the judiciary should be independent and neutral, as this will not only benefit the fair trial but also safeguard our legal system.
