作者报道用自行标记的~(125Ⅰ)-(±)心得静作为放射配基建立人外周血淋巴细胞β-肾上腺素能受体(β-AR)的测定方法,并用该方法测得正常人血淋巴细胞β-AR的最大结合容量(Bmax)为1.777±0.382fmol/10~6 cells,KD=0.141±0.066nM。作者还将结合试验单点法与多点法的Bmax值进行比较,两者呈良好相关性,前者较后者为低,但稳定在60～70%的范围内。
The authors report the determination of β-adrenergic receptor (β-AR) in human peripheral blood lymphocytes by using radiolabeled 125I- The maximal binding capacity (Bmax) of lymphocyte β-AR was 1.777 ± 0.382fmol / 10 ~ 6 cells, KD = 0.141 ± 0.066nM. The author will also combine the single point method with the multipoint Bmax value, and the two are in good correlation. The former is lower than the latter, but is stable in the range of 60-70%.
