目的:针对冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗心力衰竭患者的疗效观察.方法:选取我院2019年1月至2019年6月收治的60例心力衰竭患者,将其通过电脑随机分组方式分成研究组与对照组.对照组30例患者采用常规治疗,研究组30例患者在常规治疗基础上增加冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗.对比患者治疗效果及不良反应.结果:研究组患者住院期间步行指标为(113.25±10.00),出院时步行指标为(226.74±10.00),出院三月步行指标为(452.18±10.00);对照组组患者住院期间步行指标为(109.45±10.00),出院时步行指标为(156.28±10.00),出院三月步行指标为(201.35±10.00).研究组治疗前(2145.23±10.00),治疗后(875.56±10.00);对照组治疗前(2165.71±10.00),治疗后(567.35±10.00)P<0.05差异有统计学意义.结论:冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗心力衰竭患者具有积极的意义,值得临床推广.
